Well done for starting your journey! That's the hardest bit! It will definitely get easier over time and the more you can stick to the plan, the more you'll see an improvement. In some ways, the first week is the toughest, especially if you've never done much running before, but keep going! Remember you can always repeat a week if it's too much. The important thing is to keep going and remember not to go too fast. That's a mistake a lot of people make, and it's a sure fire way to exhaust yourself. Good luck!

Keep it slow. If you’re struggling for breath, you’re going too fast. Follow the plan, ensure you have at least one full rest day in between runs and you’ll do it. Welcome to a new you, enjoy it and read all the great advice on this forum. Good luck.

Remember every run you do is a success because you have achieved more than you would have sitting on the couch. Well done keep it up, it works.

I found the first week the hardest in many ways. It definitely helps when running feels less alien and starts to become more of a habit. I’m going into week 6 tomorrow. Just keep going. In many ways I’ve found the challenge a few weeks in to be more mental than physical but everyone here is so motivating and supportive. Good luck.

Hello, Billy2020. Great for getting started, your body will need some time to get used to your new exercise. Just go slow and slower again if needed and make sure you're drinking plenty water 2-3 litres every day and not just on run days.

C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck 😊😊
