Take a second days rest if you need

Stretch and rest..if it is still an issue, then wait and take another rest day!

Just done the very hot bath trick and thatโs at least stopped it for now. Whatever happens I am running tomorrow. I heard a good saying you can run hurting but not injured. I am only hurting so I will man up. Thank you all. Moan over ๐
