Hi all, so I started c25k and got to week 4 run 2, then summer hols and work patterns mocked everything up and I haven't ran for over 6 weeks. I'm starting up again from this week but my question is do I go back to week one or maybe go from week 2/3? I really dont want to go back to the start cause i feel like I've failed but dont want to push too hard either. 🤔

I would try week 3 take it very slow and see how you go, there is no fail if you have to walk a bit of the run parts just success at getting out the door

6 weeks is quite a long time away at this point but you know your fitness levels so, yes try week 2 or 3. Even if you go back to the start, this is not a 'fail' but a sign of determination!

You say you haven't run for 6 weeks. You may find you need to go back to wk1 but don't worry before you know it you'll be back where you left off . Good luck😊

As stated in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... you have to go and find out what you can comfortably manage, then see where that fits into the programme.

I have recently restarted C25K from W1R1........... because it is a sensible place to build back up from..........I don't see it as any kind of failure.
