I've been able to run today

After a weekend of what I could only describe as sciatic pain all now seems well again, not sure what it was but with no real pain coming from it since Monday I decided to try a run before I double check my bags and heading to the airport around 11.

So it was a nice slow 30 minute jog, I was ready to dump the run at any point should there be any pain from my back.

There wasn't and a nice slow 30 minutes of mind clearing jogging completed.

I will be taking my running gear with me just in case I get the chance for a nice cheeky run in the hotel gym (at 25+ degrees C in the morning I won't be trying outside).

If not, I'll do w5r3 and then work my back up from there on my return.

Thanks to all who put forward suggestions for the sciatic pain.

Happy running everyone.
