Just checking in again. Well that's week 6 out of the way. I think my body is getting used to this running lark as i'm feeling fine in between runs now.. which is a relief. Runs 1 and 2 were quite comfortable just ran at slow jogging speed. This morning was the big one.. i did it.. 25 minutes! Which is quite a feat for me and proves that this thing works. I'm now a runner according to Michael Johnson, so who am i to argue? Who'd have thunk it... not me!
Onwards to week 7...it can't come quick enough π
