So pleased to see that Graduate badge by my name. Ran the 30 minutes of w9r3 today and thought I could probably keep going, so kept on until I'd done 5k (about 38mins). This community has really been key in keeping me motivated and interested so thank you. Now it's time to set some new targets and write them on the calendar!

38 minutes on running a 5K seems to be the popular time for running, I ran a 5K on Friday in 38 minutes, there were several other people who ran a 5K yesterday and they ran it in 38 minutes, now you have also reported that you ran 5K in 38 minutes. 😊

You don't come from Reykjavik, but you could go there sometime and run a 5K.

Would love to! It's a bit hilly there, though, so I think I'd be well over the 38 minute mark!
