So I rolled out of bed this morning, fairly motivated but clearly still sleepy, thought I’d selected W2R1 as just finished W1 somehow I managed to select W3R1 - thought it was a big jump to running 3 minutes from 1! 😂 Anyway I did it ok and only realised after! So now I’m not sure if to go back to W2 or carry on with W3- any suggestions? (apart from paying more attention next time)....

I did the same thing a week or so ago with week 8's first run when it should have been week 7.
Definitely go back and complete week 2.

Go back to Week 2... it happens sometimes but finish Week 2 and move on
