I completed C25K last week and I am not sure where to next? After loosing a bit of weight in the last year I am keen to use running as a way of supporting the Maintenence of my weight loss. Am I best running 5k faster or upping my distance going forward??

There is a post in the pinned posts called "Decisons, decisons...decisions !! " which has lots of info. You might have to open the pinned posts list as it may not show up on the short 5 or 6 posts list.
You first need to consolidate your progress, carry on running 3 times a week for 30 minutes.
After a while you could try doing one shorter, faster run, one run intervals and one long slow run.
This will help you build distance, speed and more stamina, hills are also good for this.
Park Run, if you haven't already done one, can also be good as it will give you a target to beat every time you run one.
For the next few weeks just focus on running 3 x per week for 30 minutes after that you can try one longer run a short run and a fast run if possible , or just run to suit you and see where it goes . Good luck 😊😊
