I’m only on Week 2, and finding it just about OK on the flat, but definitely a challenge. I’ve been looking ahead at our local park run which is hilly. I can’t imagine being able to run on hills as I know I found it almost impossible when I did RFL about 10 years ago. Do you think it’s best to include hills now, or wait til I can do more on the flat?

Leave the hills for now, it could put a damper on the whole running thing if you struggle, get used to running for 30 minutes and then start adding in hills, etc, if you have the choice (some people don't).
Have a look on YouTube, the running channel, they have a video on including hills in your training.
Good...that was my hunch , but just wanted reassurance I’m not being defeatist of hills by not considering them yet. Off cycling today...hills much easier with gears!
I think why not give it a go? Try Parkrun, walking all or part of the hills if you want to. That will give you a personal best time to beat. Lots of people walk at Parkrun, you won't be the only one. But you might surprise yourself and find yourself running slowly and steadily up the hills and feel amazed that you managed it. I am not a fan of uphill running but I learned on here that it's incredibly good for building stamina and it is much kinder on your joints than running downhill. So I force myself to tackle a bit of uphill every week and slowly but surely, I am finding it easier. I slow down even more and try not to look up, just take it one step at a time. It's a brilliant atmosphere at Parkrun too, why not give it a go, just to see if you enjoy it?
