Have been on the IC for 2 months with a painful knee 3 weeks after graduating so been feeling sorry for myself but been reading posts on here to keep me motivated, thank you all👍. Tried to run after 2 weeks and made it worst😱. Should have known better. Off to physio and followed exercises like a sensible person. So decided to test today a slow return. Did week 1 R1 and added a 2 min run to the end and all good. It was such a good feeling🏃♀️🏃♀️. To hopefully inspire others I am 2 stone lighter than when I started in January, C25k made following a healthy diet and giving up Diet Coke so much easier. I’m planning to do one run from each week until I feel like I need to repeat. Has anyone else had a good plan for returning from injury please let me know. Thanks again for your inspiring posts everyone.

Pretty much what you are doing.
I graduated, knee started playing up during consolidation, 8 weeks on IC, physio ( weird gait, needed different trainers) then I redid the whole programme 🤗. It was much easier than the first time 😂😂
Enjoy being back.
