Hi I am 54 and would love to be fitter and lose a few pounds. Right now I’m 5 ft 8 and weigh 11 stone 6.

Just done week 6 run 1, felt ok and am chuffed as I usually run in the morning but couldn’t so managed to get out pre dinner - lucky with the weather too the rain held off
