I can't believe it!

Hi. I started c25k journey on 1 May and can't believe how far I've come. I struggled with the first few runs but was determined to continue. My doctor gave me a steroid injection in my painful hip and encouraged me start this programme. I now find I can't wait to get out of the door! I start Run 1 of week 7 tomorrow, so close to the end now! My aim is to join my son-in-law and grand daughter in a Park Run. I only discovered this site yesterday and love the encouragement from other members. I look forward to meeting some of you soon!

I agree, this is a great forum, I only discovered it around week 7 too. Lots of very helpful, knowledgeable people, very supportive too.
