I did the whole thing on a treadmill

I have the incline at 1.5 to emulate better outside conditions

Only other advice I have is to have a good playlist or a tv show or something because that time/distance just baits you when you're having a bad run lol

I'm doing the programme on a treadmill, am currently on week 4, but intend to start doing 1 run a week outside in prep for a charity run I've signed up to. I usually forget to increase the incline but when I remember I set it to 1. My brisk walk is currently 5.5 kph and my "run" is 8kph but this will depend on your level of fitness etc so probably doesn't help you!
