So the last run I did was on Mon wk6r2. What with one thing and another won't get a chance to run again till Monday. So will have had a week off. Do you think I should repeat the last run, bit concerned that I won't manage the 25 mins of run 3 with all the time off. What do you think?

I’d go for it. Take it slow and steady as always, and if you find you’re really struggling, note where you get to and walk the rest. Next time out, aim to beat that. Bet you nail it though !

Try it and see 😊 you might surprise yourself. Or if you feel that you feel more confident repeating the last run before you attempt run 3. If so then do that.

I had my first "not so great run" yesterday so i will be repeating that tomorrow. I think we can do whatever we feel is best as long as we don't give up on the program :)

As the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... states, you will lose next to no condition in the first two weeks of non running.
