Did my 2nd run after finishing c25k on Saturday morning at 6am to avoid the heat...it was 25 degrees Celsius ...but i didnt make the 5km like last time...i did 3.8 km in 30 minutes....well down from 5.76......i wonder if it was because it was in the morning and i hadnt properly woke up....any body had the same experience? Well im hoping for better results next time😁

Not a bad run, just a different run! Could be any of many factors at work, so don’t worry. Anyway, the experts on here are always saying slow runs are the best training for fast runs later. 😊👍 Enjoy whatever comes your way. 👏🏼

Just relax now.. speed and distance evolve...consolidation brings rewards.. 30 minute runs, short runs.. and as Granspeed has said... it is indeed the lovely longer, see where you get to, runs that bring everything on.

Strength and Stamina all building up in conjunction with the running muscles... you will be amazed what evolves:)

Well done!
