Bout to go run but I’m knackered. Thing is I’m knackered everyday. My works very physical and every day is a race to get something finished or to get to next job. And I ain’t no spring chicken. Just find it hard. I really wanna enjoy this rather than it be a punishment. I’m just gonna go out real slow and drag the dog wimme. Hey the suns shining but not too hot. It’ll b fine. Plus gotta test my new blue tooth EarPods.

I second that suggestion, no way I could run when I get home.

Don't give up though, find some way it works for you. I think I told you already but mine is Sunday, Wed & Fri, so it's only 2 days in the week I have to find 30 mins.

Plus you will find that the more you run the more you will get used to it and it will be less tiring even if you're running longer, the start of any new habit is hard, but you'll find your routine !

Ur so right. Just posted how much easier I found this run once I was out there. I was actually smiling as I was running. Got new Bluetooth EarPods and found some tunes at the right bpm. It all seems to be falling into place.
