Hello to anyone that reads this, never in my life did I think I would be able to run for 30 minutes straight but here I am doing it, I haven’t ran in a while as I’ve had exams for college but I know that every time I go out, I know I can do it. The thing that fails you most is your brain not your feet, so tell your brain that you can and will do it! Xo
P.s I also did the muddy 5k race for life the other week and it actually felt good to run it!
