Due to do w6r1 today. My lateral malleus on both legs is red and swollen since wk5r3. I have a little bit of tightness in ankles but not really pain. Please tell me I’m ok to still do it today.

I'm not an.expert on these type of problems. Just wondering if you could leave it another day to see how you feel.

Have you got proper running shoes? Personally I'd say take n extra day or two. If you push it then you could end up with a much longer break!

I think you should give a few more days off running before you run week 6 run 1, better safe than sorry, drink plenty of water the day before you run and be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs when you do run it. 😊 🏃
Seems like your body is telling you something, I would listen
No rush, take an extra rest day. Maybe do some other exercise instead
I am taking at least today off. So delaying my run by one or two days. I’m only just recovered from a lisfranc fracture and don’t fancy another 6 months non weight bearing in a boot again! I have proper footwear after having gait analysis done so fingers crossed a few days rest all will be good. I’m just disappointed as I was really looking forward to today’s run.
Ok, so how many people had to Google it. Ain't gonna lie. I did.
You've got sore ankles then Shoot.
Lisfranc fracture is the bones of the mid foot. But that’s better now but jeez both my ankles are a little sore although they are ok to walk on, but I’d tarher not risk it thanks. I want to keep on this journey I’ve started not jeopardise it. Can’t figure out how to put picture up on here.
