So I’ve just completed w7r2 ( yay!) Does anyone else doubt that they can do it before each run? I keep thinking maybe it’s all a fluke so far and I won’t be able to do it anymore.

Doubting myself in every run
You just need to have more faith in yourself. You can do this look how far you've came 😊
I graduated today and trust me from W6R3 until W9R2, I always thought I wouldn't complete my run but that was just state of mind. I did it without repeating any runs. Be headstrong. And even if you don't do 1 run as per your expectation, there is no need to worry. You will do it the next time. Run for the fun of it, not for the sake of it.
Our minds do terrible things to us! C25K takes care of the training side, we have to conquer the nonsense inside us! We’re also culturally not used to praising ourselves, so instead of celebrating all the successes so far, we worry about a future run that has happened yet! And if you think about it, what would happen if you had to stop? You’d have a rest day and try again! So try to revel in the pleasure of each successful run, praise yourself - positive aphorisms do work! And although we can’t control the thoughts that come into our heads - we can control how we respond to them & with these doubts - say to yourself - I trust the plan and I can do this. Because you do & because you can! And look how far you’ve come!
Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.
This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5... and I recommend that you follow the link to the post about mental approach.
You can do this, relax and enjoy the journey.
