Hi, only joined community but just finished W7. Amazed at myself as running always has been the thing I would never do đ Struggling a bit with continuity, as I do not always stick to set days for running, but I still complete the runs eventually.

Thatâs ok - if you can try 3 for runs per week, but sometimes thatâs not always possible. Seems like your getting through it!
Welcome and great job... you got this one. It doesnât really matter which days you run so long as theyâre not consecutive. Ideally 3 runs a week or every other day as it will develop your legs sooner, but twice a week is ok. Happy running

Not far ahead of you, I have a 3 day routine - Day 1 C25k run / Day 2 Walk 5K / Day 3 Rest
Sometimes it is a 2 day rest depending on "things" however this last week has been run every 2 days as I want to get out there again. However, will fall back if I struggle.
