I completed the couch to 5k app and have carried on running. I’m now managing 6k 🎉 I started getting pain in my leg a little during but much worse after. I carried on for a couple of weeks but ended up resting for a little over a week (after following advise from online) I ran again Sunday and the pain is straight back 😩. I’m fairly sure it’s a pulled muscle, I still do the 5 minute warm up walk before running and stretch after. Any advice please.....how can I fix this!!
