Evening all

I've literally just signed up to this and seems a bit daunting, but I'm gonna give it 100% and see if I can smash my goals!!

Well done for starting! The fact that you’ve begun should, hopefully, be a boost 👍🏻. Yes, it is daunting to start with but you will get the bug - as long as you stick to your own pace and redo a day or week if you need to and follow a couch 2 5k app then you shouldn’t go far wrong. There is also a lot of useful info posted by IannodeTruffe with links to other advice etc that you may find helpful 😎
