Just done run 3 and honestly feel better than run 1 already. Went at night so was much cooler which helped .
Giving up smoking next week and trying a vape. (Fingers crossed)

You will be OK running for 90 seconds, onwards and upwards to week 2
Great job on week one... the fact it’s getting easier is an obvious sign that you’re ready for the step up... don’t worry about it... relax and go slow and steady.
Vaping is certainly going to be better for your running than smoking. Stay strong and switch over in one go... I have a few friends who tried to do a bit of both, and they’re still smoking, all they’ve achieved is increasing the nicotine intake.
You can quit smoking... and you can run this plan. Both will make you fitter and healthier and both will increase your life expectancy.
It's amazing how quickly your body begins to adjust to the running (and also your mind... in many ways that's the harder battle).
I don't envy the process of quitting smoking... it took me a few goes and a LOT of effort but that was before all these lovely vaping products and flavours that I keep seeing. What I can say is that it is well worth it and then again double.
Don't worry about any of the runs in the programme - that's just your mind playing tricks. Each run makes your body ready for the next one.
