Best advice I got and there is so much. Good trainers are essential. Disstance and speed is unimportant. Go slow and finish the run. You can build up later. My first run was too quick and I suffered. It takes time to pace yourself properly and I'm still learning at wk 6.

Hi ED12. Want to learn to run? Need to learn to breathe, posture and pace, and all whilst relaxed.

Read all Iannoda Truffe says and recommends. He really does!

Go slow!

Enjoy the journey. The plan works. Work to the plan. I struggled with the 90 second jogs in week 2. Last week W5, I ran for 20 minutes! Slowly! And felt so good!

Welcome Fellow runner!
