How much water?

I have always been rubbish at drinking but I’ve definitely been trying much harder the last few days (despite never leaving the bathroom 😫). I just wondered how much everybody aims to drink the day before a run?

Hydration is a crucial aspect of preparing your body for exercise and it is not a matter of just drinking the day before a run.........it is advisable to hydrate fully every day of your life.

I drink 2.5-3 litres of fluids each and every day, even more in hot weather.

I’m not sure my reply counts as I’m only on Week 4 but I drink half a pint of water with lemon juice in before I go and finish the other half off when I get back.

If you can try and drink 2l every day , I use bottled water as I don't like tap water and it's easier to drink at room temperature 😊
