I want to thank you all for the motivational tips. Today morning I completed my W9 R3 finally, and ran for a total of 30 minutes total 5.4 K. It was a roller coaster along the way but every time I lost my will to continue I came here and read through the stories and experiences of you all and it gave me motivation to continue and here I am. Never could I believe 10 weeks back if someone told me that I will be able to run today’s run was not difficult and now I am looking forward to my consolidation runs.I have also made a goal to run London Marathon next year.Is that possible? Or is it too optimistic?
Thank you to you all for your help along the way.

Congratulations on such an amazing achievement! Well done you. As to next steps and goals seems like you’re doing well on pace already. I’d say consolidate, then bridge to 10k, and possibly aim for a half marathon next year. Marathons are hard, and not for everyone (you’ll lose all your toenails 😬!). I know a young very sporty woman and she has run many HMs & she thinks that’s enough for most of us!
