I want to thank you all for the motivational tips. Today morning I completed my W9 R3 finally, and ran for a total of 30 minutes total 5.4 K. It was a roller coaster along the way but every time I lost my will to continue I came here and read through the stories and experiences of you all and it gave me motivation to continue and here I am. Never could I believe 10 weeks back if someone told me that I will be able to run today’s run was not difficult and now I am looking forward to my consolidation runs.I have also made a goal to run London Marathon next year.Is that possible? Or is it too optimistic?
Thank you to you all for your help along the way.

Congratulations to you Tigerisback on completing C25K with week 9 run 3 and graduating 🎓 🏃,
London Marathon 2020 is still possible for you to enter, plenty of time to prepare for that, but first go on to the B210K podcasts, then enter a 10 mile event,
After that you could run one of the many half marathons which take place in the Autumn, then train for the LM next year. 😊
back to the 5K
To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username leave a message on the April graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated 🎓 🏃
Great to hear that you're going onto B210K after running 6/30 minute consolidation runs, you then can enter a 10K first before the 10 miles event, I reread my first post to you and it looked as if I suggested that you do B210K and straight on to 10 mile, no, the K before the M🏃😊👍
