Hurt my knee.

Went out last night for a run, my usual route round a local field. However I have been awake most of the night with a really painful knee. Do people recommend running on the pavement rather then a field? I just get embarrassed incase I see someone running round the village, no one is ever in this field that I run round.

Possibly where you are running is a bit uneven. Go out run around your village nobody will take any notice honestly, you're doing something to improve your health enjoy it 😊

If you read the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... it recommends methods of minimising impact and stretching after every run.

Running on grass has less impact than tarmac.
