Great for joining c25k. The plan is amazing and if your careful of what you eat you may be successful in losing some weight and inches off your body . Just go slow and and enjoy paw patrol 😂😂

My husband and I do our running like a tag team, one goes out when the other gets back. We both work and have 2 sch aged children, so finding time for anything including running means we have to plan. Most evenings we’re taking one or both of them to activities too . He finished his C25k about a mth ago and I’m in wk 2. Eventually we’re hoping we can all go out together, with the kids either running or on their bikes, when the weather is good. Already feeling the physical benefits and less stressed at work.
Look up slimming world would be my recommendation alongside your running. I have lost 2 stone doing both and you are never hungry...it isnt a diet, more a lifestyle change. Works for me...good luck on your journey.
