I've just started Couch to 5K for the third time. I got as far as week 8 last time! I'm aiming to complete it this time, I am starting week 3 tomorrow.
I was really hoping the app would be available on Apple watch. Do you know if there are any plans for this?

The app is not on the watch, but if you use your watch in conjunction with your phone you get all sorts of stats to play with. Just click the activity app on the watch and set outdoor run (you can even set distance) when you have completed your run slide watch to the right and stop your run.Lo and behold all the info transfers to activity app on your phone. Heart rate and vo2 max is on the heart app. Hope that helps.
Thank you Lynne, I'll try that. I really like the app hopefully when I make it all the way to the end of the 9 weeks I can just use the watch - one less thing to remember!
