Lots of water, stretches and the plank last night (what have I become) 😂 alarm set at 6.30am this morning and out the door for my 25 minute run. Had to dig a little bit, then the best up tempo Bruno Mars song came through my headphones and I found the ooomph to keep going, the continual running suits me much better than walking intervals. I still looked like “Larry” the lobster with the hint of a puffer fish (breathing technique) but it worked and it says I’m officially a runner so it must be true. Day of rest and alarm set for Sunday for Week 7 🏃♀️

Yay! Well done! I can’t cope with the plank just yet but I’ve started doing yoga at home on rest days n have found some yoga for runners so hopefully I’ll be planking away soon. It’s crazy how much running changes you isn’t it!? 😂
Well done have mine to do today ... ouch .. week 7 run uno .. wind assisted hopefully !! At what stage can you call yourself a runner ???
