Have just completed couch to 5K but was disappointed that there was no fanfare on the app! 😀😀

You should be pleased as punch ! Its an amazing achievement. Ive been running 5k for 18 months now I never thought Id do it Im 51 and was 14.5 stone when I finished it and am now 13 stone. My body has been transformed as is my health. People keep coming up to me and saying wow you look different ! Love handles have gone. You will notice the fitness change yourself and give it time and people will compliment you thats all the fanfare you need
