This must have been asked a thousand times. I completed the c25k the first time 2 years ago on a treadmill and week 10, I thought I try a run outside - and basically died a death. Very different indeed. And in truth I never really managed to run a straight 30 mins outside, although I would be running 7 km but with breaks....
Due to injury that all stopped and the only exercise I done for the following year was perhaps a skip to the fridge - and back to the sofa.
I started it all again this Jan, but outside in the wind and rain and frost- and it was tough as I’m carrying more weight, I’m just about to complete w8,and I think outside, if you can find a nice area is 100% better than on a treadmill.
Your thoughts poppets?

So have you ventured outside again Raymond? I'm lucky enough to be in rural Portugal, so I run on a very secluded track between two villages, and have been getting fresh air, sunshine and my very first experience in running for the last 7 days (every other day, ofcourse)... so I hope you find your perfect spot to run outside.
