Week 4

I have just started week 4 and wow although it hurt I managed to do it without stopping, me legs are sore but that’s probably because I’m lugging around 17st lol. Must admit though that I am actually enjoying this, I have always been frightened to exercise after having a heart attack three years ago at the age of 28.

I can honestly say that I feel a lot better already and that’s only off running a few weeks 😃

Congratulations Bigmicky on completing weeks 1 to 3 and run 1 of week 4, the soreness on your legs will soon go, so glad that you are enjoying your running 🏃 with C25K. 😊, sorry about the heart attack you had three years ago.

I am glad to know that you feel a lot better already, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 4,🏃😊

Well done. A word of warning - running is addictive! Good luck and keep going, just don’t try to do too much too fast.😊
