Great for completing wk8 , be careful though that warm up walk is there for a reason if you go straight into running you may cause yourself an unwanted injury good luck
We don't encourage comparison, simply because we have such a wide range of ages, genders, abilities and disabilities in our membership, so unless you find someone just like you, what will you learn.
Some will be faster, some will be slower, so comparing yourself to your former self, is the only important comparison.
As Buddy34 says, your warm up walk is an essential way to gently increase your blood flow in your muscles, before you start to run, and so keep injury risk minimal.
By running for 32 minutes in W8 you are not really following the programme, so do take care.
