Had 2 weeks off just did wk2r3 today which was hard from been off so do I do it again or move onto wk3???

If you managed to complete this run just move on no need to repeat

No need to repeat. It will take you a couple of runs to get back in to your stride, you'll be fine

Run 2 Week 9 - knees still a bit sore but HAD to do it...... & I did! ONE TO GO!!!!
