Can’t wait any longer

Not run for for 8 days due to this damned infection, getting concerned about undo8ng any fitness gains. Been doing some resistance band stuff for leg conditioning, but that’s about it. Going to go for it today regardless of feeling lousy.

Going to set out for w5r1 and if I don’t do it at least I did something.

By all means, go out and run week 5 run 1 but if you really feel bad postpone that run until tomorrow. if you do run it go very gently.

Please do take it very gently...if you have an infection you stand a chance of making yourself feel much worse... there is exercise you can do gently to keep you moving.
