Checking in on life after C25K

Best thing - I’m still running, having graduated just before Christmas. Lost my regularity with running because of Christmas Stuff rounded off with a bad cold but after a couple of false starts - grumbling ankle.

I seem to have had a good one - first time without lovely Laura but it was OK! 30 mins run (4.1km Strava says) with 0.5 walk before and after - still C25K pattern and a total of over 5km distance travelled. Very happy with that.

The icing on the cake was that it was the fastest on my regular route since a good bit before Christmas which was rather pleasing! It will be repeated on Saturday and Monday, all being well and then I’ll accept that maybe I REALLY am a Runner!
