I managed to complete W1R2 on Saturday and so it's run day once again.

I suffer with EUPD (Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder) and having a super down day. I feel emotionally and physically drained, I can barely concentrate on anything, all I want to do is sleep.

Does anyone else have the same condition or similar? (EUPD, BPD, PD, BP etc)

If so, do you get up and make yourself run?

I've really been enjoying running, I want to keep going, apart from today where I honestly couldn't think of anything worse. This is the first time I've had a bad day since starting the programme.

I'd like to hear from others in the same situation. Does making yourself get up and run has help or should I just take a rest day and let myself recover mentally?

Hi jwalk27, I don't suffer from your condition or anything similar but I've just started out and completed w1r2 yesterday so at a similar stage to you. Has it made you feel good after you've completed the run and does that help with your sleeping? Completing these runs has made me feel great because I didn't think I could them and although I can have trouble sleeping it's certainly helped me. Keep going with it, good luck

Hi. Yes, I do feel amazing once I've finished the run, although when I'm actually doing it that's a whole different emotion! I've seen a little change in my sleeping, but I do have anxiety induced insomnia, which I take medication for. Completely off topic for running, but have you tried technology free relaxation before bed? If I don't feel tired but know it's late and have to sleep, I'll turn off all technology (phone, laptop, tv etc) and sit up in bed and read a book. I find by the time I've read a few Chapters I'm feeling sleepy. Hope this helps!

Hi, yes me too. I've always got a book by my bed and read until I'm practically asleep. The worst thing is if I wake in the night and I struggle to get back to sleep. Recovering from w1r3 now and feeling the pain, trying w2r1 on Saturday
