Just did a 30 minute run with 5 minutes warm up/down. Fitbit is showing 1 minute cardio 3 minutes fat burn and 31 minutes peak. Is this normal or too much ?

Last 20 minutes were a bit harder and out of breath at the finish but recovered reasonably quickly

Unless you and your Fitbit know what your true maximum heart rate is, then the figures are pretty meaningless, being based only on averages, which encompass a very broad range.
