It's been about 10 days since I had a good run, managed 18 minutes a week ago but had to pack it in, within 24 hours i was laid up in bed with some nasty virus.
That's gone now and I was back out tonight in the dark and the rain just wanted to do a run any time or distance I didn't care, so nice and slow to start with didn't pay too much attention to the watch and just got into it by the time I got back I'd done 30 mins and decided to keep going. Ultimately it was 5k in a minute slower than my personal best feeling great now.
