After giving myself an extra day off, set alarm for 5 minutes earlier than usual & got the snooze button! Revised run list ready I set off, only to discover I had hit the "repeat" button on the playlist, so stopped to sort it out. Took me 3 goes & repeats of trashy pop to get the right button!
So, it was fits & starts and not a smooth graph but I was a happy bunny - had discovered if I scroll down I get numerical data which i don't find as scary and I know it includes the 5 minute walks in the average. For me, important to get up & go for the run; which then sets me up for the day.
