Graduates, do legs always ache after running, or will we get through that as we get fitter?

The aching is pretty much gone for me now, after a normal run, after a long run I get a little and after a speed session I get quite a bit. The aching is the muscles moaning that you pushed them... so the aches are pretty much there in the plan as virtually every run is pushing you... it started going for me in week 7, I just felt stronger run by run.

I'm with UnfitNoMore on this one. The only time my legs ache is when I've increased the distance I've run (I haven't done any speed work yet, but I'm sure that will make them complain too!)

But once I've done my cool down stretches amd tortured myself with a foam roller, they're fine.
