So I started week 5 and loved it, I was out all day and on my feet but discussed with the husband. If I don’t go out, I’ll just keep putting it off.
Whilst driving today found some tunes which were promptly added to my running playlist
Today, Jo talked about running clothes and I couldn’t help feel I was quite bland and a shopping trip might be required... any reason really.
I’m still trying to work out whether my body has changed during the programme or my Lycra is playing tricks on me.
Either way. Onwards to Run 2!
