Encouragement

I started three weeks ago and have just completed W2. Very pleased so far. Just thought I’d post to hopefully give encouragement to those who are worried about running in public. Over the weeks I have been running round my village, more people have seen or heard that I am doing C25K and now I am getting positive comments as I run or walk fast like : “Well done, keep going”. No negatives so far!!

Thank you. Yes, it gives a wonderful sense of achievement! Not sure I am looking forward to running for three minutes!

It’s really ok. Overall you only run for 9 minutes and the 90 second runs seem so much easier! Enjoy x
