Morning all, feeling a bit meh this morning but managed to get out for my run. Struggling with left leg shin pain and right hip pain. Is this normal or is there something I can do to prevent it please?

Aches and niggles are normal. Pain is a warning to go slower and/or rest more or stop for a while. As for getting easier, well this is a progressive program so you are going to achieve great things, but not easily.

Slow down and give your body a chance to get used to the stresses you are putting it through.

For me it got easier somewhere in the middle of the plan... the early weeks demand hard work, and week 1 was the worst... you beat that one now... enjoy week 2

Last week which was week 3 for me this is when I found it got slightly easier. My knees still hurt but new trainers have helped but I’m also doing other types of exercise along side this.
It does get slightly easier also as your confidence grows.
Keep going
