Hello how you guys doing?

Wanted to ask you a question...

Since I started this I have been regularly, expect once, running every other day. The only time I could was due to touring schedule, (early gig and long drive)

This week our van, failed it MOT so I had to work away with my friend/engineer to get it fixed and so it would pass. But this has meant that I haven't run since Monday. I left my running shoes around a friend's house.

I am about to finish week 5... Do I start week 5 again, or see of I can do the next run.

It been a long hard week, and I have really missed running

I think I read that you don’t lose fitness for 2 weeks, after that you would need to scale back a week or so. You should be fine to carry on 😀

Carry on Dooze you’ll be fine - you know the drill slow and steady. Crack on with it mate 🤙🙂
