Running route

I would suggest varying the run as I got a bit fed up of the same route. Probably a bit more challenging too. 😀

I’m also thinking of buying a long sleeve top & light jacket to wear when the weather gets colder.

I've started doing the same or running a route I know well in reverse which gives just enough of a change

That is a good plan! Shaking things up can work wonders... varying runs too.. shorter,, lots of 30 minutes and some 'see where you get to runs' too!

Long sleeves great.. lightweight jacket too... and as it gets colder.. gloves, buff and a bob hat :) Happy days!

Since graduating and in particular running now 3 5K's I have been trying various 5K routes near to where I live, I can think of now 6 variations, I'll measure the 5k distance first by just walking it with my phone then run it another day when I know exactly where the 5k distance ends on that route. All those runs are off road so there is no danger of being hurt by a speeding motorist.
