Not my usual "I'm running too quickly, I need to pace myself" but as I was smashing W6R3 today I thought about my upcoming significant birthday and if I keep running every other day I will get to W9R3 a few days before it. So I'm now planning to take two days off between half the remaining runs so that I graduate (for the second time) on the day
But... am I tempting fate? What if I can't run for some reason? What if my smooth C25K progress hits a bump? What if it rains?
