I'm new to this forum and completely new to running.
Just out of curiosity, has any one got any pictures of themselves when they first started couch to 5k, and when they completed every week? Has anyone noticed a change in themselves?
Also, one last question. Has everybody continued to run after completing it, or not?
Many thanks, Reece x

No pics I'm afraid, but I lost about 15 kg in the 9 weeks by combining it with a sensible diet. I guess that's what you’re getting at. You do need to eat sensibly though. Still running - doing regular 10ks now 😀
No pics, but I lost almost half a stone (and I was only slightly overweight to start with). I am continuing to run (though not 3 times a week, and I suspect dedication will slip through the winter). I am running 5K reliably (though not in 30 minutes yet) with no plans to run further (but most runners say I will). Everyone's experience will be different, but I'm sure everyone who does this will feel healthier and most will keep running and continue to benefit.
Hello, I had lost about 3.5 stone before I started C25K.
I haven't lost any more weight, but my shape has changed - my legs are a lot slimmer and toned, my bum seems more shapely, my waist has slimmed a bit. I didn't take any photos, and only noticed when I was trying on swimsuits in the summer - I had to go down a size, and noticed my shape was very different!
I hope to continue running after completing the course, but I am having a bit of a wobble this week with a bad run yesterday, so just need to get on with it on Thursday!
